Bekaert Bezinal Wire

• Superior Corrosion compared to Galv.
• More uniform coating, better coating adhesion than Galfan, or similar.

Bekaert Pad Wipe

Pad wipe (galvanized) is a uniform zinc coating on low carbon round wire. It provides a cosmetic appearance with minor corrosion resistance benefits.

 

• Typical properties: zinc coating weight: 40 to 100 g/m2 ; size tolerance of +/- .001”; low carbon 1005 to 1010; dry
• Packaging: 500-4,400 LBS on carriers with 34” x 63” x 68” or 31” x 44” x 60” dimensions
• Product range is .160” and up to .335” end-coated; tensile strength: 70-120 KSI

 

 

Bekaert Jet Wipe

Jet Wipe (galvanized) provides superior corrosion resistance due to a heavier zinc coating versus the pad wipe process.

 

• Typical properties: zinc coating weight: 75 to 450 g/m2 ; size tolerance of +/- .005”
